Stanley clenched his grip on the large pipe as he cautiously made his way through the dark cabin; he replayed the past few minutes, convincing himself that the power was deliberately cut and he heard glass shatter. He stood still and listened carefully, disturbed by the dead calm outside, although a raging storm wouldn’t ease his tension either; then he heard the distinct creak of wood beneath a foot step and someone taking a deep breath.
